Most Japanese People Live Long

During the past 25 years, residents of Japan still ranks in terms of single life expectancy. A recent report shows, female life expectancy in Japan rose to 86.5 year's and 79.5 years for males. There was an increase of about five months compared to the previous year's data.

Statistics, in 2009, were issued by the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare of Japan. However, the life expectancy of Japanese men this year, down from fourth to fifth.

When comparing life expectancy between residents of developed and developing countries or poor, would seem a real difference. Population in developed countries have a longer age than with developing countries.

After Japan, women in Hong Kong ranks second with life expectancy 86.1 years, followed by France and Switzerland, 84.5 years 84.4 years. From the group of men, the top occupied by Qatar that is 81 years, 79.8 years ago Hong Kong, and Switzerland in third place there and Iceland at 79.7 years.

Healthy Foods You Were Instructed NOT to Eat

How many times you have been instructed to avoid fatty foods because they make you fat, or other non-fatty foods because they stimulate fat storage? Well, you may have heard of the following foods before, or maybe they're your favorite but you have been told to stay away from them because they are "unhealthy".

It's your lucky day because I am about to prove that these labeled "unhealthy" foods actually stimulate fat loss.

1. Dark chocolate:

Chocolate bars that are rich in cacao are actually good for your health, as they contain a lot of fibers. But most importantly dark chocolate contain a very powerful antioxidant called theobromine, which is proven to strengthen your heart, and lower blood pressure.

What you should be looking for is a chocolate that is high in cacao (70% or more) as the more cacao it has the richer it is in fiber, and the less sugar it contains.

2. Whole eggs:

Yes! You should eat the egg yolk too. Since day one of my fitness Journey I have heard trainees, mentors, and basically everyone who tries to give me advice on my diet, say that I should only eat the egg white as the egg yolk contains high portions of fat.

Unfortunately, you have only heard the negative side of the story as egg yolk contains 90% of all the vitamins and minerals in the egg, as well as all the essential fatty acids.

However, those benefits are only present in organic free-range eggs as the chicken that lay them roam freely and eat naturally compared to the grocery store eggs coming from chicken that are fed soy and corn and kept indoor 24/7.

3. Nuts: Almonds, pistachios, macadamias, Cashews... etc.

Those are actually my favorite snack. Nuts are rich in monounsaturated fats (the good fat), along with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They also contain a good share of protein and fiber which are good for stimulating fat as you know.

I am saying this because my doctor is an angel, every time I put on an extra pound, he will remind me about what it is doling to my body. He even calls me if I do not show up at the clinic in months. To us life is fit if we are not suffering from any ailment. If we do not need to visit any doctor, we think we have achieved the optimum of health. But that is untrue. We may same fit on the outside but we have no clue of what is happening on the inside. However, there are many different measures we can take to ensure that we look as good on the inside as we do on the outside.

The first and easiest step towards being fit is maintaining a good diet, a balanced diet. A diet that ensures you consume more of fruits and vegetables and less of meats and fatty food stuffs. A diet that is void of too much butter or cheese or mayo. Cut down on your caffeine and sugar intake. Drinking a lot of water and fruit juices too are highly recommended.

Next is sleeping well. Yes sleep plays an important part too. Sleep early. Make sure you get your nine hours of sleep. When you are asleep, your body does its work so let it do what it has to!

Do not skip your breakfast ever. It is one of the most important meals of the day. Eat your regular meals, it will do you good to eat healthy even during breaks. Do not skip meals and go hungry, it is more likely that you will eat even more at the next meal
